ErgoSportive Returns Policy
ErgoSportive Adjustable Smart Bed
If you are not completely satisfied with your ErgoSportive bed you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Products must be received in like-new condition, preferably in their original packaging.
- Floor samples, clearance items, opened and/or used items will be 'Final Sale' and are not returnable.
- Damaged items will not be accepted.
- Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.
- Any shipping, handling, assembly fees, removal fees, state recycling fees or similar fees are not refundable.
ErgoMattresses
Our experience has taught us it’s common to take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep system. Because of this, we require a minimum trial period of 30 days for any of our ErgoMattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days of sleeping on your ErgoMattress, you may return it up to 100 days after the delivery date for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Returned mattresses will be recycled or donated to a charity. We never sell used mattresses.
- Floor samples, clearance items, opened and/or used items will be 'Final Sale' and are not returnable.
- Damaged items will not be accepted.
- Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.
- Any shipping, handling, assembly fees, removal fees, state recycling fees or similar fees are not refundable.
ErgoPillows
Due to the personal nature of pillows, we do not accept returns for pillows.
Please note that all of our products are warrantied against manufacturers defects. If you have a question regarding our returns or warranty policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
